Full Mouth Restoration

You do not have to live with loose dentures or missing teeth. Dr. Reynolds and Dr. Gresehover are Northern Colorado’s experts in full mouth reconstruction. The All-on-X treatment concept (Teeth in a Day, Full Arch, All-on-Four) offers a revolutionary, permanent solution to restore your full smile with a natural look and feel.

What Is All-on-X?

All-on-X is an advanced dental implant technique that replaces an entire arch of teeth using strategically placed implants. This method uses a minimum of four implants making it a more efficient and cost-effective solution for full-arch restoration. Note – the term “arch” refers to the row of teeth in a jaw as they are aligned in an arch form or “U”-shape.

Benefits of All-on-X Implants

  • Permanent and Secure – No more slipping dentures or adhesives.
  • Immediate Functionality – In most cases, you will receive a temporary set of teeth on the same day as surgery.
  • Natural Appearance – Designed to look and function just like real teeth.
  • Preserves Jawbone Health – Prevents bone loss and maintains facial structure.
  • The highest functional capabilities of all full arch solutions.

The Procedure

  1. Consultation and Planning – Our expert surgeons assess your oral health and overall general health to create a personalized treatment plan. Special 3D planning is completed with the end result in mind.
  2. Implant Placement – Scientifically placed implants provide a strong foundation for your new teeth.
  3. Temporary Teeth – A temporary prosthesis is attached the same day.
  4. Health and Integration – Over a few months, the implants fuse with the jawbone.
  5. Final Restoration – Custom-designed, permanent teeth are placed for a flawless simle.

Enhanced Health

At Reynolds Oral and Facial Surgery, we do a thorough health assessment and find ways to enhance your overall health. We focus on factors that directly affect surgical and implant success. We use the best implants, bone grafting material, resorbable membranes, and synesthetic growth factors available on the market. We can also isolate your own growth factors in your blood to help optimize healing.

Zygomatic Implants

Zygomatic implants are a specialized type of dental implant designed for patients with severe bone loss in the upper jaw. Unlike traditional implants that anchor into the jawbone, zygomatic implants are much longer and are anchored into the zygomatic (cheek) bone, which provides a stable foundation for fixed teeth when patients do not have enough bone for traditional implants.

Pterygoid Implants

Pterygoid Implants are a specialized type of dental implant used for patients with severe bone loss in the upper jaw, particularly in the posterior (back) region. Instead of being placed in the upper jaw, these implants are anchored into the pterygoid plate, a dense area of bone located near the back of the upper jaw. Pterygoid implants are often combined with zygomatic implants for maximum support in cases of extreme bone loss.
